All shipments are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders will be shipped within the United States only.
If your organization has limited office hours, it may be better to have your order delivered to an alternate address. USPS will deliver directly to the address provided. It is best if someone is awaiting the arrival of the package to ensure it is not left somewhere warm where the chocolate can melt.
3 Some Chocolates reserves the right to charge a $12 handling fee for all orders that need to be reshipped or rerouted.

We recommend that you plan ahead and allow 1 to 2 weeks between the time you order and when you need your shipment. Once you have submitted your online order, you will receive a notification and tracking number once your item is being processed for shipment. USPS shipping time will vary depending on your location.
USPS does not deliver on the following Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day. Normal delivery will resume on the next business day.
Chocolate Items are shipped USPS and may melt during shipment. When temperatures reach 70 degrees, we add insulated shipping to all chocolate orders.
In the heat, we recommend that you ship your chocolate to an address where someone will be available to accept your shipment immediately. We are not responsible for packages left outside after delivery where chocolate may melt.
Disclaimer: While we will make every attempt to ensure your order arrives without melting, we make no guarantees. We do ship all orders with dry ice, aluminum heat resistant insulation, bubble wrap and Styrofoam. If you choose to place an order for chocolate products when temperatures in your region are above 70 degrees, you do so at your own risk.
From May 1st through September 30th, chocolate is only available with insulated shipping.
Chocolate products that melt during the Summer months will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
No returns or cancellations will be processed if more than 7 business days have passed since the time you have placed your order.
